Andersen Global Presented at 73rd Annual TEI Conference in San Diego, CA

Andersen Global Managing Directors/Partners Juan Federico Fischer (Uruguay), Chuck Chubb (United States) and Daniel Kai Fischer (Germany), participated and presented at the conference on three separate topics.

Juan Federico Fischer, Managing Partner of Andersen in Uruguay and a member of Andersen Global’s Latin American Board, presented on the topic of M&A Tax Developments in Latin America. His presentation covered the state and trends of the M&A market in most South American countries and their relevant industries. In addition, he addressed key structuring issues that arise in light of tax regulation, recent changes in some countries and the recommended angles when multinationals acquire companies in the region.
